Here are the easy steps.

1. Setup is quick and easy

Head to http://smile.amazon.com and click “Get Started.” You’ll be asked to enter your Amazon login. And then select a non-profit of choice (we recommend UTR Media – LOL).

2. Checkout using Smile

Yes, you do have the inconvenience of needing to access a “different” site. BUT, that one small step is worth it as it supports our work.  Also, we use Smile all the time, and often forget about it until the last minute.  As long as you checkout using the Smile site, you are set.  This means that you can even load up your Cart using the Amazon app, and then complete the purchase by going to smile.amazon.com.

3. Use it Year Round

Once you set it up, each time you visit Smile, it will remember your charity. So this isn’t just for year-end holiday shopping. You can unlock free money for UTR every time you shop at Amazon.  Consumers and Businesses can even make large purchases of computers and furniture and such and still have it support a charity through Smile.
