The singers/songwriters/makers of meaningful music are our heroes.  To those of us who rely on well-crafted music to navigate the storms of life, artists are “essential workers.” Yet many in the artist community have lost work and expected revenue due to the COVID-19 shutdowns.  UTR is setting aside 25% of all new donations in March/April/May 2020 to provide direct financial assistance to musicians who are in need.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 50% of your income is made through music
  • At least 33% of your music-related income has been lost due to COVID-19
  • You are a US Citizen

All artists who have suffered financial hardship are encouraged to apply.  We can’t help in a major way, but we will give mini grants (likely $60-100) to help with groceries, diapers, electric bill, etc. until our funds run out.  Also, ALL QUALIFYING APPLICANTS will receive approximately $100 in free underwriting sponsorship on UTR content.
